años también es conocido como el mes del testamento. En esta
época, las condiciones para realizarlo son más favorables, en
especial, en lo referente a sus costos.<br /><br /> En este número
de tu Carta de Noticias, te proporcionaremos información sobre el
tema, que confiamos será de tu utilidad. <br /> <br /> De acuerdo
con la Secretaría de Gobernación, el testamento es el acto
mediante el cual una persona dispone libremente en qué forma y a
quién o a quiénes se destinarán sus bienes
después de la muerte<br /> <br /> Ahora bien, las leyes mexicanas
establecen que el testamento puede ser:</small></span><span

donde se determina que los bienes se heredan en su totalidad, de acuerdo a
los porcentajes fijados por quien lo realiza.<br /> </span></li>

bien se hereda a una o varias personas.</span></li>

más recomendable es llevarlo a cabo a n t e Notario
público y cualquier persona con una propiedad puede realizarlo. <br
/> <br /> El costo del testamento oscila en promedio entre los $700 y los
$2,200, dependiendo del estado de la República en que te encuentres.
Cabe destacar que en estados como Hidalgo y Morelos, el costo para adultos
mayores es de $500.<br /> <br /> Entre los valores que se pueden heredar
están: bienes inmobiliarios, cuentas bancarias (en este caso lo
más recomendable es especificar en la institución, al momento
de firmar el contrato correspondiente, quiénes son los beneficiarios
de las cuentas a n t e la ausencia del titular), obras de arte,
autos, muebles, libros, etc. <br /> <br /> Recuerda que
al realizar tu testamento garantizarás que tus bienes se distribuyan
con orden y en apego a las leyes de nuestro país, además de
que evitarás a tus familiares y/o amigos, posibles
