Este programa está alineado a la filosofía lean manufacturing, nos apoyamos en varias metodologías de clase mundial: TQM (Calidad Total), JIT (Justo a Tiempo), Kaizen (Mejora Continua), TOC (Teoría de las Restricciones) y Reingeniería y Mapeo de Procesos, para finalmente diseñar un sistema de almacenes dinámicos evitando ser un centro de costos, logrando transformarlo en una unidad productiva más de la empresa.</p>
