Ventas de una organización. El Plan de Ventas es una pieza clave de los
distintos planes de la empresa (producción, RRHH, económico- financiero)
ya que debe ser la planificación de toda nuestra acción de ventas y donde
deberemos establecer los cálculos de las ventas esperadas para un período
